DUBOIS – The Sandy Township police will be prepared for Halloween and heavily armed this year … with treat bags.
The officers on patrol will carry treat bags with them to distribute to kids who are trick-or-treating.
The silver treat bags contain a glow-in-the-dark snap bracelet, a pencil, a junior police officer badge, a temporary tattoo and treats.
