State police at DuBois
- An incident of burglary occurred sometime between Sept.6 and Monday on West Liberty Road in Warsaw Township. During the incident, someone allegedly entered the victim’s trailer and removed a Play Station 3. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at DuBois at 814-371-4652.
Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about a female who was depressed over the passing of her mother. The incident, police said, was handled at the scene.
- Police received a noise complaint along Bigler Avenue. The actors, police said, were warned for their actions.
- Police received a noise complaint along South Second Street. Further, someone was allegedly playing a stereo on a rear porch without being around. Police attempted to make contact with negative results and plan to follow up with the resident.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of criminal mischief on South Second Street.
- Police assisted officials at the Clearfield Area Junior – Senior High School with apprehending a male juvenile who left school property.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident in which property was damaged on Clarendon Avenue. Further, someone allegedly broke the victim’s rear window. The incident, police said, remains under investigation.
- Police received a report about a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the Wal-Mart Supercenter parking lot. Further, the operator of a blue Dodge Durango struck a parked vehicle and left the scene. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to contact police.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment by communications.
- Police received an alleged trespassing complaint that occurred at the Economy Inn. Charges, police said, are currently pending at this time.
- Police received a parking complaint that occurred on Carbon Mine Road. However, the vehicle was gone prior to police arrival.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment at the CAJSHS.
Sandy Township
- On Monday, a 34-year-old South Brady Street woman reported receiving harassing e-mails from her ex-husband. Police handled the situation without incident.
- On Tuesday, a 22-year-old Atlantic Avenue man reported that his 22-year-old estranged wife was banging on the doors and trying to force her way into his residence. Police arrived at the scene and handled the situation without incident.
- A Force woman reported Tuesday that her purse was taken from her vehicle while she was test driving another vehicle.
