CURWENSVILLE – The Curwensville Area Blueprint Communities Team will host four, different training sessions on building and strengthening organizations.
The training sessions will be presented by the Pennsylvania Downtown Center and the Penn State University Extension in August.
On Aug. 6, a session on the “Role of the Board & Organizational Governance” will be presented from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. “Building Community Partnerships” will follow from 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
On Aug. 20, a session on “Developing a Volunteer Program” will be presented from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. A program, “Budget & Finance Issues” will follow from 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
The training sessions will be held at the Curwensville Community Center. The center is located at 11 Stadium Dr., Curwensville.
