CLEARFIELD – A Mineral Springs man pleaded guilty to selling drugs during plea and sentencing court recently in Clearfield County.
Justin Christopher Wisor, 21, 2398 Hog Back Hill, Mineral Springs, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility in one case and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in a second case.
He was sentenced to 90 days to one year in jail and two years consecutive probation. He was fined $1,050 plus costs. He was also ordered to complete drug and alcohol counseling.
According to the affidavit of probable cause in the first case, on April 9, 2013, an informant arranged an undercover purchase of synthetic marijuana or K-2 from Wisor.
The informant and an undercover agent met with Wisor near Market Street in Clearfield Borough, where he sold them two bags of synthetic marijuana for $20. The agent could see that Wisor had a larger plastic bag containing several smaller bags of the same substance.
The charges in the second case came after an encounter with police in October when officers found a quantity of synthetic marijuana in his vehicle.
