WEST DECATUR – On May 22, the local Scout Troop No. 20 participated in a flag dedication at the CIU No. 10 Administration Building in West Decatur.
Dr. J. Hugh Dwyer, executive director, spoke briefly before the scouts and leaders dedicated the flag.
The Pennsylvania State flag was donated by State Rep. Tommy Sankey.
In attendance were CIU No. 10 employees, board members, girl and boy scouts and scout leaders.
