Charles David Welker Sr., 77, of Glen Richey died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at DuBois Penn Highlands after a lengthy illness.
A memorial Service for Mr. Welker will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Irwin Park band stage, with the Rev. Todd T. Hogue officiating. Burial was in the Spring Valley Cemetery, West Decatur.
There will be no public visitation.
The family suggests contributions be made to either the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
