LOCK HAVEN – The Strength, Conditioning and Fitness Club at Lock Haven University will host a 5K-trail run that includes three challenges that will test you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The trail run challenge will be held May 4. Registration begins at 7 a.m.; the race begins at 10 a.m. at Hubert Jack Stadium, Lock Haven University.
In honor of men and women who have served the country, LHU’s Strength, Conditioning, and Fitness Club will host the first annual Bald Eagle Challenge. The event is open to the university and the general public.
Registration is $20 per team and all proceeds from the event will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.
The run will start at the Hubert Jack Stadium and will consist of teams with three participants. All information regarding registration should be sent to the Bald Eagle Challenge, c/o Brian Wilt, 116 Himes Hall, Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA 17745. Checks should be made payable to the Wounded Warrior Project.
