State police at Clearfield
- An incident of theft/access device fraud occurred sometime between Jan. 3 and Thursday on Terrace Street in Cooper Township. During the incident, someone took the victim’s debit card from her BINGO bag and used it for a transaction in the amount of $69. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
State police at Philipsburg
- Kenneth R. Bowers Jr. is wanted for escape. On Tuesday, he got onto a bus in Philipsburg; however, he failed to arrive at the Gaudenzia Sienna House in Harrisburg. As a result, a warrant has been issued for Bowers’ arrest.
