CLEARFIELD- Joseph B. Bower Jr., president and chief executive officer of CNB Bank, recently announced the promotions of Autumn F. Farley to the position of commercial loan portfolio manager and support lending officer and Shannon L. Irwin to the position of assistant vice president of human resources.
As commercial loan portfolio manager and support lending officer, Farley provides support to business development officers with their commercial loan portfolios, and is a lending officer for small business loans. She is integral to the customer relationship, interacting with commercial customers on a daily basis to assist them with their financial needs.
A native of Clearfield, Farley joined CNB in 2000, as a teller and has since held various positions, including deposit operations, credit assistant and executive secretary. She graduated from Clearfield Alliance Christian School in 1993 prior to receiving her diploma from Penn State University in dairy and animal science, management and production in 1997.
During her career with CNB, Farley continues to expand her education in the field of banking. She has earned eight banking diplomas to include general banking, bank operations, consumer lending, commercial lending, mortgage lending, banking and finance, personal banking and retail branch management from the Pennsylvania Banker Association/Professional Development Network.
Farley resides in Clearfield with her husband, Randy, and their children, Jeremiah, Alan and Ursula. She is a member of Curwensville Alliance Church, where she serves as the children’s ministries coordinator, a children’s church worship teacher and Sunday school teacher.
As assistant vice president/human resources, Irwin is responsible for the recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits administration and ongoing employee relations of the corporation.
A native of Curwensville, Irwin joined CNB in 1992 and has held various positions since that time, including deposit operations, receptionist, human resources assistant, and was promoted to her most recent position as human resources officer in 2008.
She graduated from Curwensville Area High School in 1989. She obtained a degree in human development from Penn State University in 1991.
During her career with CNB, Irwin continues to expand her education in the field of banking. She has earned eight banking diplomas to include general banking, personal banking, bank operations, consumer lending, commercial lending, mortgage lending, banking and finance and retail branch management from the Professional Bankers Association/Professional Development Network.
In 2012, she graduated from the Human Resource Management School from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Irwin resides in Curwensville with her husband, Spencer, and is the daughter of Bob and Linda Lope. She attends Curwensville Alliance Church, where she serves as Sunday school teacher. She is also a board member of Oak Hill Cemetery in Curwensville.
