COOPER TOWNSHIP – A 50-year-old Morrisdale man, Kevin M. Hengst, was arrested for allegedly assaulting and threatening a female Saturday at a Cooper Township residence.
Hengst allegedly kicked in a bedroom door and then started to assault the victim. He also allegedly threatened to kill the victim, state police said.
Hengst was placed under arrest for terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland with his bail being set at $50,000.
