State police at Clearfield
- A single-vehicle accident occurred Tuesday at the intersection of state Route 53 and Old Turnpike Road. Edna M. Maines of Allport struck a utility pole. Upon further investigation, police found the accident was related to a medical condition that occurred while Maines was operating her vehicle. She wasn’t injured during the accident and was wearing her seatbelt. State police were assisted at the scene by the Morris Township Fire, Moshannon Valley and Clearfield emergency medical services Penelec and Verizon.

- Police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred at a Moose Street residence.
- Police received two reports for theft by deception on Washington Avenue.
- Police responded to a report about a motorist who was driving under the influence on U.S. Route 322. Upon arrival police determined the motorist was not driving under the influence.Â
