CLEARFIELD – The Pennsylvania DUI Association’s Moving Memorial wrapped up its tour of western Pennsylvania with a stop at the Clearfield Area High School.
Students visited the 30-foot trailer, which houses a replica of the permanent DUI Victims’ Memorial Garden, in Harrisburg. The walls of the trailer list the names of those killed by drunk drivers in Pennsylvania accidents.
PennDOT coordinated the visit and also invited students to try a driving simulator.
The PA DUI Association lists the names of victims of drunk drivers in the Memorial Garden and Moving Memorial for free. To make a request, call 717-238-4354 or fill out the form at www.padui.org.
