Police Report: Curwensville Borough

Police received two, separate reports about fraud on Thursday. Further, someone obtained the victim’s credit card information and used it online to attempt purchasing several thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. The victim’s credit card was canceled before any merchandise was shipped. During the second incident, someone stole the victim’s ATM card from their residence and used it at several locations. Police have identified the person responsible, and the investigation is continuing at this time.
On Friday, police found a juvenile in possession of drugs and paraphernalia in the area of South Street.
Police received a report about an incident of harassment by communications on Saturday.
