CLEARFIELD – Central Pennsylvania Community Action (CPCA) has chances available to win 300 gallons of heating oil donated from J.J. Powell Inc.  The second prize is a $50 gift card to any Snappy’s location also donated by J.J. Powell Inc.
Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Group Workcamp 2014, sponsored by CPCA. At each Workcamp, hundreds of youth and adult sponsors will come into the community and spend five days repairing homes for elderly, low-income, and disabled residents.
Oil chances will be sold for $3 each. The oil will only be delivered to the name and address on the chance. All tickets must be completed fully to win. Delivery of the oil can be in either Centre or Clearfield counties and must be delivered by April 15, 2014. The drawing for the winner will be held at 12 p.m. Dec. 13 at the CPCA, Clearfield main office.
