Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred sometime Oct. 28-29 on Main Street in Grampian Borough. During the incident, someone entered the victim’s vehicle and removed a Rossi shotgun. They also entered another victim’s vehicle and removed U.S. Currency. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred Sunday on Morgan Run Road in West Decatur. During the incident, someone took a pumpkin and smashed it on the victim’s mailbox, causing damage. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
A two-vehicle accident occurred Sunday on State Street in Curwensville Borough. The operator of a vehicle was leaving a parking stall at the Dollar General Store. However, they reversed their vehicle without clearing the traffic way and unsafely exited the parking stall. As a result, they struck another vehicle, and its operator exited to exchange insurance information. They were unable to do so with the first operator due to lack of financial responsibility. Both operators were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident. The first operator had their vehicle towed from the scene.
