Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Monday on North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, an unknown male struck the victim in the side of the head and then ran off. The male was approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall with short brown hair. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Philipsburg at 814-342-3370.
An incident of burglary occurred sometime Oct. 21-22 on North Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone entered the victim’s residence and removed a diamond ring and approximately $140 in U.S. Currency. An incident of theft occurred Oct. 24 on Beckwith Road in the area of the Halfmoon and Worth Township line. During the incident, someone stole several portable orange roadwork signs and flags that belonged to the state Department of Transportation.
