ALTOONA – Penn State Altoona will hold its annual Operation Safe Trick-or-Treat program from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Oct. 31 on the Intramural Fields on campus.
Operation Safe Trick-or-Treat is designed for children under 13. They should be accompanied by an adult.
The event allows students and the community to interact and celebrate Halloween in a fun, safe environment.
Participants are asked to bring a box of cereal for the St. Vincent DePaul-Assumption Chapel Food Pantry.
