Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred sometime Wednesday or Thursday on Charles Street in Houtzdale Borough. During the incident, someone gained access to the victim’s unlocked vehicles and stole U.S. Currency from the center console.
