Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of DUI occurred Monday on state Route 53 in Bigler Township. During the incident, a 33-year-old Houtzdale woman was found parked on the roadway and under the influence of alcohol and prescription medication. Charges are pending chemical test results.
An Act 64 violation occurred Tuesday on Interstate 80 at mile-marker 127 westbound in Bradford Township. During the incident, a 34-year-old Redford, MI woman was stopped for speeding, at which point state police detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from her vehicle. A search of the vehicle turned up several marijuana pipes and a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed through the district court.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred Aug. 30 on Decatur Street in Chester Hill Borough. Someone intentionally struck a stop sign and caused an estimated $100 worth of damage.
