Police Report: Curwensville Borough

Police received a report about the theft of a lawn mower.
Police received numerous complaints about individuals who were loitering and prowling at night in the area of Anderson Street.
Clearfield Borough police were assisted with attempting to locate an individual.
Police received a complaint about burning garbage. The individuals were warned that they’d be cited if it continued.
Police handled a noise complaint while a business was playing its music loud.
Police handled a suspicious persons report at Irvin Park and asked the individuals to leave.
Police are investigating a theft of a motor vehicle that occurred at 1 a.m. Monday at the Curwensville Commons. During the incident, a known person allegedly kicked in a door of an apartment and refused to give the keys back to the owner. Curwensville Borough police were assisted by Lawrence Township and the Clearfield-based state police.
