Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of public drunkenness occurred Wednesday at Burke’s Hardware in Fox Township. During the incident, a 28-year-old St. Marys man appeared in public under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance to the point that he was a danger to himself and others. Charges were filed through the district court.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Sunday or Monday at a construction zone along state Route 255 in Fox Township. Someone damaged two message boards and an arrow board by throwing hard objects at them. Damage to the equipment is estimated at $26,500.
