Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday at Bridal Path Court in Halfmoon Township. During the incident, someone used a BB gun to shoot the windshield of a 963 CAT Track Loader. Damage is estimated at $1,200. State police searched the area with negative results.
