Police Report: Sandy Township

A Hungry Hollow Road resident reported Wednesday that someone drove through her yard, causing damage and then ran over her daughter’s bike. The investigation is continuing at this time.
A woman reported Wednesday that while in the area of the Clarion Inn, her vehicle was struck by a keg that fell off of a truck. Police located the driver of the truck and discovered that when they pulled out the Clarion Inn, they hit a bump and the empty keg fell out of the back of the vehicle. No damage and no injuries were reported.
On Wednesday police were called to Bee Line Highway in the area of Rite Aid for a report of an elderly woman who was standing outside her vehicle that was stopped in the center lane, screaming and crying. The woman was gone upon police arrival.
