Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of simple assault occurred Saturday at the Woodland Park in Bradford Township. The victim was at the park alone when a male allegedly grabbed her and then punched her in the mouth. She kicked the man in his groin area and ran from him. The male was described as being in his 20’s and standing approximately 5 feet, 10 inches to 6 feet tall. He had a thin build and was wearing dark clothing.
An incident of DUI occurred on the Drain Highway in Decatur Township. A 43-year-old West Decatur man was passed out in his truck that was parked on the roadway. He was found to be under the influence and transported to the Clearfield Hospital. Charges are pending blood test results.
An incident of simple assault occurred Friday on the Viola Pike in Gulich Township. The victim and a 52-year-old Smithmill man were involved in an argument. It became heated at which point the man allegedly threw the victim to the ground and kicked her in the face, causing injury. The man was arrested for simple assault and arraigned at district court. He was released on unsecured bail.
