Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of theft occurred July 6 at the beach parking lot at Black Moshannon State Park in Rush Township. Someone entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and removed three cellular phones and fled the scene. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
