SANDY TOWNSHIP – Due to reports of excessive speeding through the detour around Clear Run Road, the Sandy Township police will conduct aggressive driving enforcement in the area.
Officers will be positioned on Lundgren, Greenwood Cemetery and Gamelands roads to deter aggressive driving while the detour is in place. The speed limit on these roadways is 25 miles per hour, police said.
Anyone driving over the speed limit or in an aggressive manor will be cited, police said.
