Police Report: DuBois PSP

A 42-year-old Reynoldsville woman, the keeper of a dog, failed to confine the dog to the premises. She allowed it to roam freely from her property. The woman has been charged through the district court.
On April 29, Chrystian Hernandez, 22, of Hidalgo, TX was taken into custody based on an arrest warrant received for a felonious assault from the Alliance Ohio Police Department. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Patrick Ford and remanded to the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail. He will remain there until extradition to the state of Ohio.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Friday or Saturday on Sixth Street in Falls Creek Borough. Someone tampered with a victim’s mailbox by putting limestone gravel inside.
