Police Report: Sandy Township

On Monday, Treasure Lake Security reported someone broke out the windows of a backhoe that was parked on the golf course.
A Maple Avenue resident reported Monday that her ex-husband was on her property and posted a letter on her door. Per court order, the man was not to be on the property. Officers handled the situation without incident.
A 35-year-old Circle Road resident reported that her boyfriend was destroying the inside of their house and was attempting to take their kids on Monday. Upon arrival officers spoke to both parties and handled the situation without incident.
A Treasure Lake woman reported Monday that she made a $2,500 purchase on E-Bay. She had sent the money directly to the seller, but has not received her merchandise. The investigation is continuing.
A 55-year-old Treasure Lake woman reported Monday that she left her purse in a cart in the Wal-Mart parking lot, and when she returned to get it, it was gone. The investigation is continuing.
A false alarm occurred Monday at a Sylvan Heights residence.
Wal-Mart employees reported Monday that a known male took $270.11 worth of merchandise without paying for it on April 12. The same man was seen under ringing $11 worth of merchandise on April 14. The investigation is continuing.
A 25-year-old South Brady Street woman reported Monday that her 54-year-old neighbor came over to her yard while she was outside gardening and made lewd comments to her. Officers handled the situation without incident.
On Tuesday, officers responded to a Tozier Avenue residence for a domestic dispute between a 26-year-old Dubois woman and her 24-year-old boyfriend. The woman was intoxicated and mad that her boyfriend took her keys. Officers handled the situation without incident.
A Salada Road woman turned over several guns she found on her property on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Treasure Lake Security found a white poodle-type dog on Basse Terre Road. The dog was taken by police.
