Police Report: Clearfield Borough

Police have initiated an investigation into an incident where a child was allegedly being looked in an apartment on South Fourth Street. Charges will be filed against the father upon completion of the investigation.
Police responded to the area of the Clearfield County Courthouse for children who were inside a vehicle and allegedly not in the proper child seats. In addition, the operator allegedly did not have a valid registration. Police checked the area and had negative contact with the operator.
Police checked the welfare of a female who was found to be OK.
