Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of harassment is being investigated that occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Good Street in Houtzdale Borough. A mother and daughter engaged in a domestic disturbance; it allegedly became physical when the daughter punched her mother in the back. Charges of harassment were filed through the district court.
