Police Report: Clearfield PSP

No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle accident that occurred at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday on Walton Street in Chester Hill Borough. Kenneth W. Youngblood, 61, of Osceola Mills was traveling southbound and slowing down for traffic ahead. At that time, Sandra M. Keith, 21, of Osceola Mills was traveling southbound and wasn’t able to slow down. Her vehicle subsequently rear-ended that of Youngblood. Both Youngblood and Keith were wearing their seatbelts. Keith will be cited for the accident.
