DUBOIS – Candidates seeking the Democratic nomination for Congress in the Fifth Congressional District in Pennsylvania will meet for a debate at Penn State DuBois in April.
The candidates are, current Clearfield County Commissioner, Mark McCracken, of Clearfield; Journalist and veteran of two tours of duty in Iraq, Bill Cahir, of State College; and Current Lock Haven Mayor, Rick Vilello.
“It’s a good place for people to meet the candidates and see where they stand on the issues and then make an informed decision on election day,” said Democratic Committee Member, Molly Guthrie.
The debate will take place April 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Hiller Auditorium at Penn State DuBois. Members of local news agencies will serve as moderators.
