CLEARFIELD – Charges are currently pending against one man who allegedly stabbed his younger brother following a disagreement Monday, reported the Lawrence Township Police Department.
Police responded to the Clearfield Hospital for an alleged stabbing victim. Upon police arrival, an 18-year-old Clearfield man told police he’d been at his residence with family. At some point, the man and his 22-year-old brother disagreed and engaged in a physical struggle.
The man alleged they were struggling as his brother had picked up a knife. After being separated by family members, the man alleged his brother stabbed him twice with one wound in his left, upper side area of his stomach and another in the left, upper calf area.
Police said the man’s injuries were not life-threatening. Charges are currently pending at this time.
