Police Report: Ridgway PSP

No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident that occurred at 4:50 a.m. Saturday on Montmorenci Road in Ridgway Township. Cory J. Breindel, 22, of Kersey, was traveling northbound and negotiating a left-hand curve. The Breindel vehicle started to slide on the snow-covered roadway and exited on the east berm. There, it struck a ditch and started to spin counterclockwise and overturned twice. The Breindel vehicle came to a rest on its wheels approximately 10 feet off the roadway, facing west. Neither Breindel nor his passenger, Donald W. Breindel, 51, of Kersey was injured. Both were wearing their seatbelts.
No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident that occurred at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Bandy Camp Road in Fox Township. Shelby D. Connolly, 21, of Brockport was traveling southbound when for unknown reasons her vehicle traveled off the east berm and struck a tree. After initial impact, her vehicle continued south striking another tree. The Connolly vehicle came to a rest against the tree, facing east. Connolly wasn’t injured. She was wearing her seatbelt. Connolly was cited for several summary traffic violations.
