DUBOIS – The DuBois Chapter of the American Red Cross will offer CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. This course teaches participants to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants, use an AED on an adult or child victim of cardiac arrest and use personal protective equipment to stop bloodborne pathogens and other diseases from spreading. CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer will begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29 at the Chapter office at 152 W. Long Ave. Pre-registration is required by calling 371-2750.
The DuBois Chapter of the American Red Cross will be holding the following Health and Safety classes at their office at 152 W. Long Ave. in DuBois:
-Adult CPR on Feb. 5
-Infant and Child CPR on Feb. 12,
-First Aid on Feb. 19.
