Police Report: Clearfield Borough

Police investigated a pedestrian who was involved in an accident along Nichols Street.
A disorderly male was reported along Nichols Street. He was allegedly yelling and waiving a stick in the air. When the male was asked to desist, he allegedly refused. He was detained by the police and arrested for disorderly conduct. He was placed in the Clearfield County Jail pending arraignment.
An alarm was reported at a Chester Street business. Everything was found to be secured.
Police arrested a local man for endangering the welfare of a child after responding to a domestic dispute. Charges are also pending against the mother. The child was taken into protective custody.
Police issued a parking ticket for a vehicle that was blocking a driveway on Clay Street.
Police assisted a man and women on Bigler Avenue. The man was locked in a pair of handcuffs and did not have a key to unlock them.
