Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of theft occurred at 7:04 p.m. Tuesday on Atlantic Avenue in Bigler Township.  A large go-cart was stolen that belonged to a 40-year-old Houtzdale woman. The go-cart was described as being red and black in color with two seats.
