Faye J. Ginter, 90, of Colonial Courtyard, Clearfield and formerly of Philipsburg died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born Dec. 3, 1921 in Winburne, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Grace (Ferguson) Greaves
On Dec. 17, 1940 in Philipsburg, she was married to Henry T. Ginter, who died April 20, 1992.
She’s survived by one son, Richard T. Ginter and his wife, Gail of Littlestown; two grandsons, Michael Ginter and his wife, Kayla  of Gettysburg and Brian Ginter and his wife, Rebecca of El Dorado Hills, CA; four great-grandchildren, Mia, Zane, Amberly and Haven.
Mrs. Ginter was the last of her generation.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister, June Blake.
Mrs. Ginter was a graduate of Philipsburg High School. She was a homemaker and had also worked at Sylvania.
She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Philipsburg.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the David K. Dahlgren Funeral Home, 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg, with the Rev. William R. Fowler officiating.
Burial will be in the Philipsburg Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
