CLEARFIELD – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) advises drivers that several state roads are closed in central/north central Pennsylvania because of weather issues caused by Hurricane Sandy.
Here is the latest list of road closings in PennDOT Engineering District 2, which includes Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, Juniata, McKean, Mifflin and Potter counties (as of 1 p.m.):
Centre County:
State Route 2007 (Brush Mountain Road) from Green Grove Road to Grenoble Road. Closed for downed utility.
State Route 3025 (Fowler Hollow Road) from Nearhoof Lane to Hanna Hill Road.
Closed for downed utility.
Clearfield County:
State Route 2034 (Wallaceton Road) from State Route 2049 to Wallaceton Road.
Closed for downed tree.
State Route 153 Northbound from I-80 to Route 255 at Penfield. Restricted for downed tree and utility wires.
Clinton County:
State Route 664 from Queens Run Road to the end of SR 664. Closed for downed
Juniata County:
State Route 3023 (Pumping Station Road) from Campbell Hollow Road to Berry Ridge Road. Closed for downed tree.
State Route 3025 (Berry Ridge Road) in Lack Township. Closed for downed utility.
Mifflin County:
State Route 2001 (Crossover Drive/Long Lane) from SR 522 to Goss Road. Closed for downed tree.
State Route 2002 (Vira Road/Freedom Ave./Belltown Road) from Long Lane to Alfarata Road. Closed for downed tree.
State Route 1002 (Logan Street/Walnut Street) from Knob Ridge Road to the Snyder County Line. Closed for downed tree.
State Route 4006 (Back Mountain Road) from Woodland Road to Tea Creek Road. Closed for downed tree.
