CLEARFIELD – Jim Kling delivered a message to the residents of Clearfield Borough on Thursday night:
Kling, the borough’s code enforcement officer, said that some attempt must be made by residents to make their walks safer to walk on after a snowfall or icefall. He added that often times pedestrians are unaware of what the footing is like under a layer of snow.
“If you’re sidewalks are not shoveled, you may be getting a visit from me,” said Kling “You can quote me on that.”
