Police Report: Lawrence Township

Police are investigating the theft of scrap metals from Novey’s. The suspect is known by police and charges are currently pending.

Police and a St. Marys Police K-9 Unit conducted a sweep of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center, as part of its efforts to maintain a drug-free environment. No illegal drugs were discovered during the sweep.
A traffic hazard was reported at the Clearfield Area High School. Construction equipment was obstructing the crosswalk. Police officials are going to contact the school about the equipment being parked in a different location during dismissal.
