CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Two students representing Penn State Lehigh Valley placed during the 2012 USA Cycling Collegiate Track National Championships held Sept. 20-23 in Frisco, Texas.
Junior Mandy Marquardt, of Breinigsville, Pa., took the silver in the Sprint and the Women’s 500-meter Time Trial. She also placed eighth out of 55 riders in the Women’s 3-kilometer Pursuit.
Sophomore Matt Baranoski, of Perkasie, Pa., took gold in the Sprint and the Men’s Kilometer Time Trial.
