CURWENSVILLE – A day of “education and fun” has been planned for the Conservation Celebration this Saturday at the Curwensville Lake Recreation Area. The event is open from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and all activities are free.
The event features an array of hands-on activities, such as live amphibians/reptiles and farm animals, a butterfly display, a bald eagle presentation, wildlife tracks, an interactive recycling game, stream dynamics, canoe/kayak demonstrations, arts and crafts, “make-it and take-it projects and games and prizes.
