Police Report: Clearfield PSP

State police investigated an incident of drug possession and disorderly conduct at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday at the Quehanna Boot Camp in Karthaus Township. An 83-year-old Pittsburgh man was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges have been filed through the district court.
