Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of retail theft occurred at 4:55 p.m. Thursday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township. A 22-year-old Penfield woman was observed by a store employee and on surveillance video when she was attempting to remove 12 bottles of nail polish from the store without paying for the items. Total value was $53.14. Retail theft charges were filed through the district court in St. Marys.
An incident of retail theft occurred at 4:55 p.m. Thursday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township. A known 17-year-old Byrnedale boy was observed on video surveillance removing several items, which had a total value of $332.18. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
