Individuals were allegedly jumping in front of vehicles, and police made contact with them.
A runaway juvenile was reported to police. The juvenile was located and returned to their residence.
A missing cell phone was reported to police. Anyone who finds a cell phone should contact Clearfield Borough Police.
Two bicycles were reported stolen from a residence on Bigler Ave.
A noise complaint was reported on New Street. Police made contact with a Clearfield man who was singing inside his residence. The man received a verbal warning and was asked not to sing as loud.
Police arrested James Dickson, 50, on Brown Street on a warrant for contempt of court because he’d violated a protection from abuse order.  The violations occurred on July 20 and July 23 on Daisy Street when Dickson had contact with his ex-wife. Dickson was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland. Bail was set at $10,000. The Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department assisted with serving the warrant.
A verbal argument occurred in the lobby of the police station. A Grampian man was traveling through Clearfield with his 27-year-old grandson who allegedly began arguing with him about money. The man did not want any contact with his grandson as a result of the verbal fight.  The two were separated and the man continued to Grampian without his grandson.a
