WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based state police have reported a theft incident that occurred at 1 a.m. July 9 at Lewis Paving and Sealing in Woodward Township.
According to the report, Brian M. McLaughlin, 27, of Houtzdale arrived at the property of Lewis Paving and Sealing and allegedly stole a large truck radiator located at the front of the building. McLaughlin and Jessica A. Rebar, 29 and Edward Lee Supenia, 31, both of Ramey went to a metal scrap yard the next morning and exchanged it for money.
Charges of theft and receiving stolen property have been filed against the accused through the district court.
