CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County Historical Society will be holding its annual holiday open house and book sale Saturday, Dec. 7, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., in the society’s Kerr House Museum, located at 104 E. Pine St., in Clearfield.
Come shop and tour the county museum and check out its Christmas display highlighting the 1947 Christmas Seal story.
This is a perfect opportunity to buy local and share a piece of county history. Enjoy refreshments while you shop in the Kerr House Museum.
Most books and maps will be discounted, and all art prints will be 50 percent off. And several out-of-print books, previously read, will be available.
There will also be gift memberships available as a perfect gift. Each membership comes with a welcome letter, brochures and copy of the bi-annual Bulletin. The Bulletin is almost 40 pages of photos and county history articles.
