According to a department-issued news release, the threat was received around 7:06 p.m. Tuesday at the county’s administrative office building, which houses the Election & Voter Registration office.
The building and surrounding area were evacuated as law enforcement conducted their investigation, which required response from an explosives detection K9 from the Pennsylvania State Police.
