Virginia “Lee” Joiner, 73, Brockway, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Penn Highlands DuBois. Born October 14, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Virginia (Berley) Warnick. On July 8, 2023, she married Lara H. Joiner in Brockport. He survives. Lee graduated from Shenandoah High School. She retired as a cashier from Walmart. Lee enjoyed listening …
